Cowboy

The horse rears off the rocky ground while the rider leans back, both hands hard on the reins. He wears a blue-and-red plaid shirt, a tan leather waistcoat, a wide grey hat and a turquoise neckerchief knotted at the throat. Tooled saddle, girth and bridle are modelled as separate elements, and the black tail sweeps out in one broad strand. A gilt line runs around the oval base, where a horseshoe sits in low relief.
