Lady with a Shawl

The lady faces forward and holds a grey shawl open, the cloth spreading into two points behind her. Her burgundy gown has full puffed sleeves and is fastened down the front with braid and round rosettes, with lace and a pendant on a chain at the throat. Long gold gloves cover her arms above the elbow. An ivory panel opens down the centre of the skirt, and a tall headdress with a blue feather finishes the figure.
