The Golfer

The golfer is held at the top of his backswing, club above the right shoulder, torso turned, eyes running out along the line of the shot. A dark red V-neck sits over shirt and tie, with checked plus-fours, patterned stockings and matching red shoes below. The flat cap repeats the check of the trousers, and a watch is strapped to the raised wrist. The ball waits on the green turf base, level with the toe of his shoe.
