The panel is modelled as a cloud with a scalloped edge and a hole pierced at the top for hanging. At its centre a cherub with heavy curls holds a gilded lyre-harp, fingers laid across the strings and eyes lowered. A pink drape crosses the shoulder, while the wings are painted feather by feather in lilac and yellow. Below, a white scroll unrolls with gilt flourishes and a name lettered in blue; the rest of the surface stays plain white.
