Dancing Gentleman (Rococo)

One arm reaches far out to the side while the other draws in at the chest and the head tips back — the answering figure of a dance. A green coat fastens on a single button over breeches painted with small floral sprigs. Behind him a crimson cloak lined in gold swings open. At his feet a stump with green leaves rises from flowering ground, set on a white base drawn in gold.
