Dancing Lady (Rococo)

The turn of the dance holds the whole figure: left arm swept out with the wrist bent, right hand catching the scarf, head lifted over the shoulder. A laced lilac bodice sits above a yellow skirt scattered with small blue and pink flowers. Applied roses run in a garland around the hem while a turquoise scarf lifts behind. The base is modelled as flowering ground above a white plinth with a gold scroll.
