Miraculous Madonna

The figure stands frontally, arms held out and palms turned forward. A green mantle falls back from the shoulders into two wide sweeps over a pink robe painted with small stars and tied with a sash beneath the bust. A white veil covers the hair and settles across the shoulders. At the hem, on a white cloud base, a bunch of cream and russet roses is worked in relief.
