The animal is caught mid-stride: the trunk swings up and curls at the tip, the head turns toward the viewer, and both ears are spread to their full width. The tusks are long and widely set, with the eye modelled separately. Colour stays in muted grey-brown with no gloss, and folds run down the trunk, neck and legs before breaking into fine crosshatching at the haunches. The tail flicks to one side; an oval wooden base carries the figurine.
