Elephant

The body faces left while the head swings right, the trunk arching high above the back and opening at the tip. Two cream tusks spread apart beneath it, and the ears fall open across the shoulders. Hatching carries the hide — short furrows over brow and cheek, long creases down the legs, with the broad flanks left almost smooth. Matt steel-grey colour keeps the relief readable rather than shiny. The figurine stands on an oval wooden base.
