Madonna and Child (Bust)

Mary holds the Child in both hands with her head tilted slightly back, while he turns toward her and reaches for the neckline of her pink gown. A cream veil edged in gold covers her hair and drops behind the shoulders, and the blue mantle falls in broad, soft folds. Blue, cream and pale pink carry the whole palette.
