Romeo and Juliet (with Rose)

Romeo has climbed to the stone balustrade and raises a pink rose above his head, the red cloak sweeping open behind him over a green doublet and yellow hose. Juliet leans across the rail in a pink gown with an embroidered bodice, stretching her hand towards his. Pink roses climb the white balusters and trail down the piers to the rocky base, where a small putto is worked into the stonework.
