Diana, Goddess of the Hunt

The goddess is seated on a rock and leans towards a stag, her right hand laid on its muzzle while the animal raises its branched antlers to meet her. The lilac tunic is gathered at the shoulder and falls open over a leg laced into knee-high sandals; her hair is bound up with a band and a gold cuff closes one wrist. A bow and a quiver of arrows rest at the left of the base among dark green leaves. A gilt foliate frieze finishes the rim.
