Simón Bolívar

Simón Bolívar sits a white horse caught at the top of its rear, the reins gathered in his right hand close to the neck. His coat is laced in dense gold along the front and cuffs, and a red cloak is thrown across the horse's quarters. A folded bicorne is strapped behind the saddle, and the shabraque carries gold ornament on a red ground. The rocky base, ruled in gold at the rim, anchors the diagonal of the group.
