Carriage with Two Horses

Two white horses step forward in harness, a pink plume rising from the leader's browband. The driver sits on the box in a tricorn hat and dark coat, reins drawn taut across the whole length of the piece. Behind him a lady in orange holds a fan beside a gentleman in a pale blue coat and powdered wig. Spoked wheels, a monogrammed turquoise door and rose-painted panels carry the colour of this Capodimonte sculptural group.
