Grape Harvest

Three putti work around a dry trunk wound with vine and hung with purple and amber bunches. The uppermost stands on his companion's shoulder and stretches both arms to the highest cluster; the second holds him by the leg. The third has dropped to hands and knees beside a basket already filled with fruit. Blue drapery runs through all three figures and ties them into a single vertical. A round pedestal with gilt acanthus and scrolled feet lifts the scene clear of the table.
