Little Rascal (Bridge)

The child arches into a backbend, palms and soles pressed to the stand and the back lifted in a high curve, with the left leg thrown up. The head tips right back so the face meets the viewer, curls resting on the wooden base. The body is left in white with gilt foliate scrolls placed along the thigh, shoulder and shin. An oval wooden base with a brass plate carries the whole arc of the figure.
