Madonna (Large)

The figure is set frontally: the head inclined, both hands opened outward with the palms forward. A pale blue mantle falls from the shoulders in two long panels over a rose gown gathered into vertical folds and scattered with small crosses. A white veil leaves the waved hair uncovered. At the hem, on the cloud-shaped foot, two winged cherub heads sit within a wreath of modelled roses.
