Mini Holy Water Font (Baroque Angel)

The angel bends his head towards the basin with eyelids lowered and light chestnut curls falling to the shoulders. Two wings open to either side and form the upper rim, the feathers drawn in fine strokes over white glaze. Heavy gold baroque scrollwork and acanthus cover the half-round basin, with grey shading left between the volutes. The font is made to hang, basin downward, against a wall.
