Autumn from the Four Seasons series takes the form of a young harvester. He raises a heavy bunch of dark grapes in his right hand, while a wicker basket loaded with fruit hangs from his left arm. The white shirt is open at the chest, the green breeches braided in gold and tucked into stockings, a cut tree trunk supporting him from behind. Loose berries lie scattered across the round base at his shoes.
