Putto (Cherub)

The putto sits cross-legged, holding a dark red cluster against his chest while the other hand pulls a single grape loose. A second bunch with a leaf lies on the base at the right and loose grapes are scattered to the left. A pale blue drape covers the hips, the body left in light porcelain. The base is green above a white plinth lined in gold and marked with a small gilt motif. His eyes are down on the grape he is about to pull free.
